Cross Church Counseling and Care Ministry exists to provide a safe and caring environment to discover Christ-centered answers to personal struggles and relational challenges. We seek to serve you by joining you in your journey of embracing God’s hope and healing. Our prayer is that God would free you to be the person he wants you to be so you can live the life he intends for you to live.

Cross Church offers various counseling services:

1. Formal counseling is offered at the Springdale campus of Cross Church through Julie Crawford, who holds a Master of Arts in Counseling. This service is for church members only at a minimal charge.
2. Licensed, Professional Counseling is offered through our partnership with Living Well (Arkansas Baptist Children and Family Ministries). This service is for anyone. Fees vary according to insurance benefits and therapist charges.
3. Women’s Care is offered at the Springdale campus of Cross Church through Gina Franzke, who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies and Child Development. This service is for church members only at no charge.
4. Premarital and Marriage Coaching is offered at the Pinnacle Hills campus of Cross Church through Chris Plunkett, who holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education. This service is for church members only at no charge.
5. Informal Pastoral Guidance is offered at each of our three campuses through various members of the Ministry Team. This service is for church members only at no charge.
6. Referrals for anyone are offered to trusted, Christian, professional counselors in the community.
