What is TouchPoint?

TouchPoint is the online Cross Church “community” that will allow you to better connect and communicate with Cross Church. You can:

  • Download your giving statements
  • Give Online

Save time when registering for events

How do I get started?

Creating a profile is easy! Click the “Login” button below to get started or to sign in to your already existing account. NOTE: An e-mail address is required to register.

How do I get my contribution statement?

  • Login to your TouchPoint account by clicking the button above.
  • Click on the “Giving” tab.
  • Below the top line of tabs click on “Statements”.
  • Click the year you would like to view and the statement will be generated.

How do I set up a Recurring Giving through TouchPoint?

  • Login to your TouchPoint account by clicking the button above.
  • Click on the “Giving” tab.
  • To the far right side of the page under the tabs click “Manage Your Recurring Giving”.
  • Fill out the information on the next page to set up or change your recurring giving.

How do I give a One Time Gift through TouchPoint?

  • Login to your TouchPoint account by clicking the button above.
  • Click on the “Giving” tab.
  • To the far right side of the page under the tabs click “Make a One Time Gift”.
  • Fill out the information on the next page to give.

How do I cancel my recurring giving through Secure Give (our old giving provider)?

  • Login to your Secure Give account by clicking here.
  • Click the Manage Recurring button in the top middle of the page on desktop or the menu bar then Manage Recurring in the left top corner on mobile.
  • Click the Delete button on the recurring gifts that you need to delete.
