You are here: Cross Church – Northwest Arkansas / Cross Student Ministries

Cross Student Ministries

Cross Student Ministry exists so every student who comes here knows that God loves them and wants to be a part of their lives. We do everything we can to make that known by having amazing opportunities to connect with other students through weekly small Groups, Wednesday Night activities, Camps, Mission Opportunities, and creative ministries that focus on the arts.

Merge – Wednesday Nights

Merge is a weekly student worship and service on Wednesday nights for 6th-9th grade students. We meet in the student building at Springdale at 6:30 p.m. Pinnacle Hills students meet in the Student building and Fayetteville students in the worship center at 7 p.m. The purpose of Merge is to reach out to students and invite them to a place that they feel comfortable, to challenge them in their relationship with Christ and share the gospel with those who are lost.

Small Groups

Small groups are healthy, multiplying groups that reach, disciple, and connect students. They meet weekly to study God’s Word and are led by an adult leader. When students come to a small group, they get a chance to talk through relevant topics with other students their own age and adult leaders. We believe these topics are important for every teenager and our desire is when a student leaves, they are able to navigate life more effectively!

Motion

Motion is a ministry for students that uses creative elements like music, stomp routines, step routines, rhythm, singing, dance, choreography, and more to do ministry. This is a very unique ministry. MOTION is all about music.dance.rhythm.life and is a place for everyone, not just performers! We hope to show everyone who sees MOTION perform the music, dance and rhythm…but most importantly…we hope everyone sees the Life we have in Christ!

Motion meets each Sunday from 3–4:30 p.m. at the Student Building on our Springdale Campus and is open to students at all campuses. A shuttle will leave the Pinnacle Hills Student Building at 2:30 p.m. to bring any students to our Springdale Campus.
