The Cross Church Compassion Center officially opened its doors on September 29!

Thank you, Cross Church! Because of your time, hard work, and generous donations, the opening was a great success. We want to thank Ken Milbrodt, our Compassion Center Director, for his leadership and the many, many tireless hours he spent preparing for the opening of the Center. A special thank you also goes out to Doug Sarver and our Missions Ministry for their work in the planning and implementation of this new ministry.

There is still much work to be done!

The ministry center of the Compassion Center will soon be operational to help serve the community by offering various life skills classes. We will need volunteers to teach these skills which includes ESL, résumé writing, art, financial planning, and more. Please pray about how you can be a part of this important ministry, and please continue to donate items and assist us in running the Compassion Center. Our biggest current need is for volunteers to work from 3–6 p.m. daily.

The Compassion Center is currently hiring!

We are looking for qualified people to fill the following positions:
• Retail Store Manager
• Warehouse Lead
• Warehouse Associate

• Cashier/Customer Service Associate

Submit your résumé to karenb@crosschurch.com or call 751-4523 and ask for Karen Butler. Applicants must be Cross Church members.
