Yes, It is the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

The Christmas season is a wonderful time of the year to give to the Lord. We have each been blessed and God’s will for each of us is to put Him first in our lives. We do not give to God because He needs it, but giving is the tangible way God has given us to express to Him, “Jesus, You Are #1.”

Giving God the first-tenth of ALL He has given to us is practiced by many of our people. This is called tithing, and we give it to the Ministry Budget of our church, the place we worship our Lord. At this time of the year, many of our people ask themselves: “Have I given to God at least one-tenth of all my income for this year?” As you join us in asking this, I hope you will answer it honestly before the Lord. In these final weeks of 2011, evaluate and join hundreds of our families in this blessed journey. If you need any counsel about gifts of stock or other gifts, contact our Financial Office at 751-4523. Ben Mayes or someone in the office can help you.

The Christmas season is also a wonderful time to sing and worship! Great Christmas music will take place through the worship ministries of all three campuses:

“Salvation Has Come”
Wednesday, November 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville

“Let There Be Light”
Sunday, December 4 at 5:30 p.m. at our Pinnacle Hills Campus

“For God So Loved”
Sunday, December 11 at 9:15 a.m. at our Springdale Campus

Each of these will be very unique and God will use each one.

We are excited to announce two unique opportunities for your family to celebrate Christmas weekend. Following our tradition, we are going to have Christmas Eve Candlelight Services on all campuses. On Christmas Day, we will have Family Communion Celebration Services on each campus as well. Childcare will be provided, birth through kindergarten. There will be no Small Groups on Christmas Day. The schedule for each campus is as follows:
