Ronnie Floyd has served as the Senior Pastor of Cross Church, Northwest Arkansas since 1986. Dr. Floyd’s ministry as a local church pastor has been one of commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and the advancement of the Gospel to America and around the world. Dr. Floyd has been a pastor for 40+ years. His experience, wisdom, and passion for God make him a powerful proclaimer of God’s Word. He teaches principles from the Bible that encourage and uplift thousands of people all over the world via TV, the Internet, podcasts, radio, speaking engagements, and books.
In June 2016, he completed a two-year elected term as President of the Southern Baptist Convention. Dr. Floyd has been a strategic leader in the Southern Baptist Convention for decades, serving throughout the denomination he loves in keeping with his commitment to invest in others to win the world for Christ. Especially in the last seven years.
Pastor Floyd has authored 20 books including The Power of Prayer and Fasting, 10 Things Every Minister Needs to Know, and Our Last Great Hope: Awakening the Great Commission. His new book, FORWARD: 7 Distinguishing Marks For Future Leaders, was released June 1, 2015.
Pastor Floyd’s proudest accomplishments stem from his personal life. He and his wife, Jeana, have been married for 39 years. They have two sons, Josh and Nick. Josh is married to Kate, and they have three sons, Peyton, Parker, and Jack. Nick is married to Meredith, and they have a son, Beckham and three daughters, Reese, Norah and Maya Faith.
About the Speakers:
Brad Graves is Senior Pastor of Ada First Baptist Church in Ada, Oklahoma. With a commitment to church planting, he formerly served as a missionary with the North American Mission Board and has planted, pastored, and served in churches across the country including Arkansas, California, Missouri, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Virginia. Brad has taught various courses on church planting, evangelism, and church revitalization, and is known as a creative and engaging speaker with a heart for evangelism.
Brad was born in June of 1973 in Springdale, Arkansas. He became a Christian on April 1, 1992 and surrendered to full-time ministry in February 1993. He married Becky Mackenzie on December 21,1996, who is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. They have four children: Nate and Noah (17 years), Levi (7 years), and Gracie (born December 2015). They also have a daughter, Isabella Hope, who was born into Heaven in August of 2007.
Brad received his education at the University of Arkansas and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Alex Himaya is a follower of Jesus, husband, father, pastor, speaker, author, visionary and leader. Alex and his wife, Meredith, of over 20 years have four children: Katherine, Eli, Benjamin, and Lemley.
Dr. Himaya is the founding and Senior Pastor of theChurch.at, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. TheChurch.at is one of the fastest growing churches in America. It has grown from 120 to 7,000 in attendance in thirteen years of existence. TheChurch.at has five campuses: BattleCreek, Midtown, South Tulsa, and Downtown in Tulsa, and DuPage in DuPage county, Illinois.
As one of the nation’s forefront speakers and visionaries, God has blessed Alex with the talent to reach the high tech culture of Generation Next. Involved in revivals, citywide rallies, camps, and school assemblies, Alex speaks around 200 times each year. The heart’s cry of theChurch.at is to effectively present the same relevant message, the Gospel of Christ, using fresh, innovative methods, resources and technology. Alex is also the founder of Adopt(ed), an international orphan care ministry.
Alex received his bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas and his Masters Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. He finished his Doctorate in Church Growth and Evangelism in May 2002.
Brad Jurkovich is a man committed to reaching this generation with the hope of Jesus. He is the Senior Pastor of First Bossier in Bossier City, LA. This multi-generational church is reaching families throughout Northwest Louisiana, America and the world. He and his wife Stephanie have 4 children, Cassidy, Carter, Caroline and Catherine.
Prior to coming to First Bossier Dr. Jurkovich served as the founding pastor of Victory Life Church in Lubbock, Texas. Before answering the call to pastor, Dr. Jurkovich traveled throughout America preaching for city-wide outreach events, youth camps, speaking in schools and ministering in numerous churches. He received his BA in biblical studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological College, his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Jurkovich can be seen weekly on The First Word television program on KTBS.
Aaron Werner is the founding and Senior Pastor of Cross Church in Portland, Maine. Before planting Cross Church, Aaron served as the Dean of the Chapel and the Minister to the University at Shorter University in Rome, Georgia where he also taught Philosophy and Religion. In the past, he served as the College & Career minister at Cross Church in Springdale, Arkansas, as well as at churches in Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, and California. Aaron earned a B.S. in Biology from Liberty University (1994). Later, he attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, and earned a M.Div. (2002), and a Ph.D. (2007). Dr. Werner, a bi-vocational pastor, also works a Maine commercial lobsterman, owning and operating the F/V Kathryn Ann when not preparing sermons and ministering to people. Aaron has been married to Kathy Mitchell Werner for over nineteen years. They have four young daughters.
