Compassion Center
SHOP - DONATE - LEARN - VOLUNTEER
The goal of this ministry is to be a thrift store, a life skills and job resource center, and a place where we hope to meet people's physical and spiritual needs in any way we can. Compassion Center ministries are divided into two major categories: a re-sale thrift store that will focus on clothing, furniture, toys, jewelry, and sports and household items, and a ministry center that will provide financial assistance for several by helping with rent, utility bills, fuel, and food assistance. We see this as an entry point into our ministry through support groups, discipleship, and Bible studies offered throughout the week at all our campuses.
Donations Needed
We need your donations! The Compassion Center accepts clothing, housewares, furniture, sporting goods, toys, home decor, jewelry, and more. All donations are greatly appreciated! Just drop your donations off at the Compassion Center during our regular store hours. If you have large items, please contact us for pick-up options.

Job Readiness Certification
Compassion Center is offering a Back to Work series of job skills training opportunities for those that need a fresh start at re-entering the workforce or trying to enter for the first time. Learn communication and writing skills to present yourself to employers and be prepared to make them want you on their team. From filling out applications to enhance your skills and address deficiencies, to complete resume writing and mock interviews, learn how to progress from entry level positions to leading others on your team. After successful participation and commitment to this program, you can obtain opportunities to meet with prospective employers to enter the workforce and change your future.
This will be a 32 hour course preparing the individual through a comprehensive work readiness course. The course is 4 hours a week for 8 weeks. At the end of the course the individual will receive a signed certificate that they have completed the program to show potential employers.
