The mission statement of Cross Church is Reaching Northwest Arkansas, America, and the world for Jesus Christ. We believe this is the Great Commission that Jesus talked about in Acts 1:8 and Matthew 28:18–20. We are a missional church—we strive to baptize and make disciples of all the nations.
Driven by our mission, Cross Church also partners with and invests in multiple church plants and mission work nationally and internationally. Cross Church loves people of all generations and all ethnicities.

We believe God’s Word changes lives. We are a Southern Baptist church that cooperates with over 51,000 church and church-type missions in America to reach the world for Jesus Christ. We meet at three locations across Northwest Arkansas every weekend, with 6 amazing worship experiences to choose from. We also have an Espanol service at our Springdale and Pinnacle Hills Campus. In 2001, First Baptist Church of Springdale became a multi-campus ministry with the beginning of The Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers. In 2010, the church changed its name to Cross Church, and in 2011, the church further expanded its ministry with the beginning of a campus in the city of Fayetteville. Thousands gather in multiple worship venues weekly. While meeting at various local sites and three campuses, the church is committed to planting churches regionally, nationally, and internationally.
We are currently in what we are calling the Decade of Love. While that includes much for the glory of God we are focusing on planting 10 churches across America and the world.

We believe People Need Jesus, People Need Each Other, People Change the World, and People Leave Legacies.
We regularly call our people to pray through multiple ways including our weekly worship services, but even more specifically and strategically through our Cross Church Circle, a weekly ministry of intercessory prayer.
As a church, we believe in and invest in the next generation of God-called spiritual leaders through our Cross Theological Seminary. Our vision is to provide a church-based, church-centered seminary that trains students to fulfill the Great Commission.
While Cross Church ministers to students at schools across Northwest Arkansas, from elementary through the university level, the church also owns and operates Shiloh Christian School, which is committed to developing Godly leaders who engage their culture with the purpose of changing it.
Cross Church also seeks to reach out and minister to the less fortunate in our community through the work of our We Are 479 ministries.
